Your First Visit

Your first visit to Oak Foot and Ankle is an important step towards better foot and ankle health. During your appointment, Dr. Brandon Kunz or Dr. Steven Gelsomino will take the time to understand your specific concerns, review your medical history, and perform a comprehensive evaluation. This may include a physical examination, diagnostic imaging, and a discussion of your symptoms and lifestyle factors.

We encourage you to ask questions and share any relevant information about your condition. Our goal is to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your needs and helps you get back to your daily activities pain-free.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork and allow time for check-in. Don’t forget to bring your insurance card, a valid ID, and any relevant medical records.
