Dr. Steven L. Gelsomino, DPM
Dr. Steven L. Gelsomino, DPM is a board-certified podiatrist specializing in foot and ankle surgery, with over four decades of experience serving the Oak Lawn, Illinois community. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from Loyola University Chicago, followed by his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in 1981. He completed his residency training at St. Bernard Hospital & Health Care Center in 1982.
Dr. Gelsomino is affiliated with Advocate Christ Medical Center, OSF Little Company of Mary Medical Center, and Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. His practice offers comprehensive foot and ankle care, including the treatment of bunions, plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, and foot infections. Patients appreciate his compassionate bedside manner, surgical expertise, and long-standing dedication to individualized care.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Gelsomino is a devoted family man who enjoys spending time with his wife, Kayla, their children, and grandchildren. He is also a passionate runner, having completed the Chicago Marathon 13 times and regularly competing in other Chicagoland races. In his free time, he enjoys collecting coins and skiing.

Dr. Anas Kachlan, DPM
Dr. Anas Kachlan, DPM is a double-board qualified podiatric physician and surgeon dedicated to providing comprehensive foot and ankle care. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois Chicago, graduating with honors, and completed his medical training at the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, where he earned the Proficiency in Pediatric Orthopedics Award. He then went on to complete his residency at the Puget Sound Health Care System VA, proudly serving as Chief Resident during his final year.
Dr. Kachlan is affiliated with Advocate Health Care System and OSF Little Company of Mary Medical Center. His clinical interests include diabetic limb salvage, sports medicine, trauma, and both reconstructive and non-reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. He is committed to implementing the latest advancements in foot and ankle medicine, while treating every patient with compassion, respect, and the same level of care he would offer his own family.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Kachlan is a devoted family man who enjoys spending time with his wife, Sana, staying active in the community, sports, hiking, and traveling.

Dr. Dominic (Nic) Andriacchi, DPM
Dr. Dominic (Nic) Andriacchi is a board-certified podiatrist specializing in foot and ankle orthopedics. He holds a bachelor’s degree in zoology and chemistry, as well as a master’s degree from a recent graduate program.
Dr. Nic completed his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in 1988 at the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. He then went on to complete a residency program at Cook County Oak Forest Hospital.
He is affiliated with Advocate Christ Hospital, OSF Little Company of Mary Hospital, and Mount Sinai Hospital. His practice covers all aspects of foot and ankle care, including diabetic and injury cases.
For over thirty years, Dr. Nic has served on many medical and surgical teams throughout the world, providing compassionate care to the poor and underprivileged internationally.
